I warmly invite you to join me to these monthly nourishing classes of Well Woman Yoga of creative and playful movement for the feminine body. Women of all ages are welcome, whether you are a complete beginner or super-experienced yogini or a yoga teacher.
These Well Woman Yoga sessions offer a space for creative, somatic movement where the emphasis is placed on the internal experience of the movement rather than the external. The techniques shared nurture and build the feminine energy and are blended with restorative yoga, pranayama and yoga nidra to nourish and leave you feeling revitalised.
Aromatherapy oils for balance, harmony and creativity are infused into the space and available as a face mist.
The classes are £15 to drop in or £35 for a block of three.

The classes include gentle asana, mantra and breathwork followed by the practice of Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation that includes a rotation of consciousness around the body. Yoga Nidra is neither a technique, nor a practice, but just an effortless state of being. Literally translated Yoga Nidra means “yogic sleep”. In fact, it is not sleeping, but an awakening into your creativity and reconnection back to yourself.
