I warmly invite you to join me to these nourishing classes of Well Woman Yoga. Creative and playful movement for the feminine body giving a sense of rhythm to your month. Women of all ages are welcome, whether you are a complete beginner or super-experienced yogini or a yoga teacher.
These Well Woman Yoga sessions are blended with restorative yoga, pranayama and yoga nidra to nourish and leave you feeling revitalised. The techniques shared nurture and build the feminine energy for the practical healing and benefit of women in all stages of life.
I warmly invite you to join me on the last Friday of each month where you can balance your life with a peaceful yoga practice and meditation. This soothing Friday evening session will help you make the transition from human doing to human being…
The classes include gentle asana, mantra and breathwork followed by the practice of Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation that includes a rotation of consciousness around the body. Yoga Nidra is neither a technique, nor a practice, but just an effortless state of being. Literally translated Yoga Nidra means “yogic sleep”, in fact, it is not sleeping, but an awakening into your creativity and reconnection back to yourself.
