I warmly invite you to join me for this all inclusive two night retreat in the stunning Suffolk coast of Dunwich where we will be sharing yoga, connection, community and the opportunity to move forwards with a sure foot. This possibility retreat allows space, time, and guidance to re-evaluate your direction in life.

Gift yourself the opportunity to reflect on your relationships, work and the direction you are headed in over two days through well women yoga, meditation, journaling, creative thinking and exploring nature with a group of like minded women
Each day is based on themes including change, values, possibilities and growth. These themes will drive our conversation in group discussions, yoga practices and activities for the day.
There will be plenty of time for exploring the coast and relaxing. On the last morning, there will be a guided silent walk along the coast before Brunch.
Morning and evening classes of nourishing well woman yoga and restorative yoga nidra.
An afternoon coaching workshop on living a creative life in line with your values.

2 nights shared accommodation in the cottages at Dingle Marsh Barns
All meals. Expect to be nourished. Food is prepared by the wonderful Samu Kitchen. It will be fresh, organic, locally sourced plant based food. Herbal teas and fresh fruit available all day.
Accommodation is in a stunning and spacious renovated barn under a traditional thatched roof, with its own private courtyard garden and two lovely single -storey cottages with their own south-facing garden and lovely views towards the marshes, village and the sea. Located on the edge of the picturesque village of Dunwich, surrounded by forest and heath on one side, and salt marshes and the sea on the other with the beach only a five-minute walk away. Each cottage features two/three bedrooms, shared bathroom, large sitting-dining room, fully fitted kitchen.and a cosy lounge.

Prices include all food, classes and accommodation.
A 25% non refundable deposit is required to secure your place. Once payment has been received you will receive an email to confirm your place. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to the start of the retreat.
This will be a small and exclusive retreat, numbers are limited to keep it special.

8am - Walking meditation along the coast
9am - Gentle yoga and group circle discussion
11:30am - Brunch
12:30pm - Free time, journaling, walking, resting
4:30pm - Group circle reflection, conversation and values workshop
6pm - Supper
7:30pm - Restorative yoga
8:30pm -Yoga nidra - meditation - intention setting
8am Morning coastal walk , 9am Yoga and closing group circle, 11am Brunch

Refunds cannot be given within 8 weeks of retreat date unless the space can be filled.
