Join me and my fellow Yogis to experience Yoga Nidra under the stars where I invite you to come sit at the wellspring of your own heart and learn to welcome the mystery of your heart’s wisdom.
Now in its 4th year, this popular weekend retreat offer you the opportunity to relax, switch off and reconnect to yourself in an environment that is healing and nourishing. Over the course of the weekend we shall be exploring Sankalpa, a Sanskrit term meaning an intention formed by the heart and mind – a one-pointed resolve to focus both psychologically and philosophically on a specific goal.
A Sankalpa is a tool meant to harness the will, and to focus and harmonise mind and body. Forming a special self selected resolve to yourself in this way allows you to support your highest truth or the essence of who you are.
Each evening we gather around the campfire and experience the powerful practice of yoga nidra. Yoga Nidra is a guided journey through the koshers, or layers, of the body to transcend your conscious thinking mind and access your subconscious mind.
When in this state you can clear out unconscious programming and amplify your potential to create positive and life-affirming neuro-pathways in your brain which translate seamlessly into your everyday living experience.
In Yoga Nidra, you will move out of Beta brain wave state - this is where we vibrate during stress and most of every day living - into Alpha + Theta brain wave states.

8am Silent walking meditation
8:30am Morning gentle yoga in the field
4pm Intention setting workshop
7:30pm Yoga Nidra around the campfire
Arrivals from 4pm on Friday and Departures 11am on Monday

Prices are from £220 based on per person sharing and include all food and classes.
You can choose between full glamping, with bed and bedding included, to a basic pitch where you bring your own tent and bedding.
To secure a place on the retreat you will need to pay 50% deposit. Once payment is received I will send you an email to confirm your place.
CANCELLATIONS – Terms and Conditions:
Deposits are non-refundable unless the space can be filled.
Refunds cannot be given within 8 weeks of retreat date unless the space can be filled.
