Now in it’s 4th year this popular weekend retreat offer you the opportunity to relax, switch off and reconnect to yourself in an environment that is healing and nourishing. Are you longing to know, remember, and live your life’s purpose? Join me and my fellow Yogis to experience Yoga Nidra under the stars where I invite you to come sit at the wellspring of your own heart and learn to welcome the mystery of your heart’s wisdom.Over the course of the weekend we shall be exploring Sankalpa, a Sanskrit term meaning an intention formed by the heart and mind – a one-pointed resolve to focus both psychologically and philosophically on a specific goal.A Sankalpa is a tool meant to harness the will, and to focus and harmonise mind and body. Forming a special self selected resolve to yourself in this way allows you to support your highest truth or the essence of who you are.During this weekend retreat:
- Relax and trust your intuition
- Open to your heartfelt desire and purpose, and clarify your intention
- Cultivate a witnessing presence to your truth
- Nurture a plan, from the depth of your being, to guide your life.
- Feel focused and empowered to live more fully.
The weekend will help you unfold, release and move forward with ease and lightness, discovering your innate most-peaceful self.This camping retreat includes all classes and all food. Arrivals from 4pm on Friday and Departures 11am on MondaySAMPLE SCHEDULE
- 8am Silent walking meditation
- 8:30am Morning asana in the field
- 11:30am Brunch
- 4pm Workshop
- 6:30pm Supper
- 7:30pm Yoga Nidra around the camp fire
